Ho girato l'Italia, ma pane più buono non l'ho mai trovato. 5 + 5 STELLE (le merita) Almost every SATURDAY I leave Rome-Tor Sapienza to go and buy at least the bread, (maltaglio or loaf and white pizza) homemade wood-fired, which are a specialty. I have traveled around Italy, but I have never found better bread. 5 + 5 STARS (it deserves them)

Tra le tante cose che ho preso, dal dolce al salato, ho assaggiato dei favolosi e ottimi pomodori col riso. Complimenti davvero. A delight this exercise. Friendly staff and captivating decor. Then the products are of extreme quality. Among the many things I took, from sweet to savory, I tasted fabulous and excellent tomatoes with rice. Sincere congratulations.

I tavoli all'esterno sono un ottimo posto dove mangiare tutti i loro prodotti, anche se a bordo strada (considero il forno un punto di riferimento ad ogni passaggio lungo la curva che regala l'accesso ad Ariccia) The best oven pizza in the Castelli Romani. The porchetta and cheeses tasted are also exceptional. The tables outside are a great place to eat all their products, even if on the side of the road (I consider the oven a reference point at every passage along the curve that gives access to Ariccia)

C è anche della gastronomia,ma personalmente non l'ho provata...quando tornerò da queste parti mi fermerò di sicuro a provarla! Friendly staff. Well stocked place. Nice salami and cheese counter, excellent bread and pizza and a good assortment of pastries. There is also gastronomy, but personally I have not tried it ... when I return here I will stop for sure to try it!
