Ho provato il senza sale, ottimo, e ancor di più quello al grano saraceno,c'è anche 1 vasta scelta di dolci e.. C'è anche tanta semplicità e simpatia, che nn guasta mai!!! La pagnotta di Genzano è un patrimonio del gusto e loro lo sanno fare benissimo. Oltretutto, per cortesia e professionalità, hanno fatto due pagnotte, e non i consueti filoni, aiutandomi a ricordare il gusto e il piacere del pane di quando ero bambino.
