Pizza così così, i dolci sembrano buoni ma mai provati.potete trovare anche olii e pasta di nicchia, nonché farine.comunque un ottima alternativa al pane congelato dei grandi supermercati.

Good bread and several interesting proposals, excellent with walnuts or with ancient flours.
Pizza so-so, the desserts look good but never tried. You can also find niche oils and pasta, as well as flours, yet an excellent alternative to the frozen bread of large supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti ottimi ma prezzi veramente molto elevati. Il personale di Forno Aurea è molto educato e cortese. Consigliato solo a chi ....ha stipendi alti (in Roma sono tanti che guadagnano tanto ma lavorano poco) e vuole prodotti artigianali. Vede anche dolci da Occasione (panettoni, pandoro, colomba) ed produce giornalmente crostate e dolci anche su ordinazione.
Vende pizze anche al taglio.
Personalmente il lievito madre che usano per panificare non lo gradisco. Lo sento troppo nel pane perciò ho smesso di comprare il pane anche il più semplice anche perché si parte da 4 euro al Kg per il pane basico.
Excellent products but very high prices. Forno Aurea's staff are very polite and courteous. Recommended only for those who .... have high salaries (in Rome there are many who earn a lot but work little) and want artisan products. It also sees occasional desserts (panettone, pandoro, colomba) and produces pies and desserts daily, even to order.
It also sells pizzas by the slice.
I personally don't like the sourdough they use to make bread. I feel it too much in bread so I stopped buying even the simplest bread also because it starts from 4 euros per kg for basic bread.
