★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da tempo, avendo gli stessi orari chiamo per chiedere se c'è la possibilità di arrivare al limite della chiusura pausa pranzo, premetto che non so chi abbia risposto, cala il silenzio...noi non...forse... . Alla fine della fiera, siccome avevo le idee molto chiare su cosa mi servisse mi si dice che non avevano la taglia. Andrò a buttare i miei soldi altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parto dal dire che pochi negozi hanno personale e titolari così disponibili e cortesi. Ieri mi sono recato presso il negozio dopo aver acquistato una bellissima giacca A NOVEMBRE da regalare a mia moglie per Natale. Questa giacca non è mai stata usata fino a domenica 23/1/22 (quindi ben oltre ogni ragionevole garanzia o tempo per ottenere una sostituzione). Appena tolte le etichette ci accorgiamo di un invisible taglietto sul tessuto del braccio(coperto dalle etichette). Decidiamo quindi di recarci e chiedere come agire (se ripararlo o cosa fare) e la signora senza battere ciglio ci dice che procede alla sostituzione!!!senza neanche chiedere nulla!!! Questo è quello che si definisce assistenza clienti di livello! Grazie Fornasieri, ci avevate già come clienti da molto tempo e ancora una volta avete dimostrato di essere i migliori!!!
I start by saying that few shops have staff and owners so helpful and courteous. Yesterday I went to the shop after buying a beautiful jacket IN NOVEMBER to give to my wife for Christmas. This jacket was never used until Sunday 1/23/22 (so well beyond any reasonable warranty or time to get a replacement). As soon as the labels are removed, we notice an invisible cut on the fabric of the arm (covered by the labels). We then decide to go and ask how to act (whether to repair it or what to do) and the lady without batting an eye tells us that she is going to replace it !!! without even asking for anything !!! This is what we call level customer support! Thanks Fornasieri, you have already had us as customers for a long time and once again you have proven to be the best !!!
