★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to this ford dealer as soon as possible after my ford displayed a error message. Beside the fact that no one knew an other language then Italian, they couldn’t connect the car to the computer. After trying it with three other type of cables they just gave up and said it was almost weekend. They could look at it on Monday.
Very helpful bu not able to run a basic test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car broke down near Bologna and it was taken to Ford Stracciari for repair. Our insurance company made a mistake and sent us here to pick up our car at the Ford Stracciari garage, which was closed as usual on a Saturday (miscommunication from our insurance company). We then went to the Ford Stracciari store, which was open, where we were received in a very friendly way. They even managed to get us our car back even though the garage was closed. A big thanks, especially to Mattia Dodi, who went out of his way to help us.
Very special, especially as we can't be returning customers as we live in Holland.
