I termini di consegna sono stati rispettati, l'auto non ha difetti ed è in linea con le foto che mi sono state inviate antecedentemente al primo incontro. Mirko è una persona onesta e trasparente: è stato sin da subito gentilissimo e disponibile sia nel pre che nel post vendita, è molto preciso e chiaro nei discorsi e disponibile ad ogni chiarimento e/o domanda. In una parola: PROFESSIONALITA'.
Consiglio a tutti (soprattutto agli scettici e agli "sfiduciati" dalla ricerca della propria auto) di fare un giro in questa concessionaria, non ve ne pentirete.

I bought my beautiful 500 Dolcevita Hybrid from Motorgold at a great price ready for delivery and exactly how I wanted it. The delivery terms have been respected, the car has no defects and is in line with the photos that were sent to me before the first meeting. Mirko is an honest and transparent person: he was immediately very kind and helpful both in pre and post sales, he is very precise and clear in his speeches and available for any clarification and / or question. In one word: PROFESSIONALISM.
I recommend everyone (especially skeptics and "disheartened" by the search for their car) to take a tour of this dealership, you will not regret it.
5 stars is not enough.

Senza nessun dubbio ho optato per la proposta di Motor Gold Bologna.
Stasera, dopo pochi giorni dalla trattativa, ho portato a casa la mia 500 Hybrid Dolcevita km 0, full optionals... Stupenda (un gioiellino).
Devo ringraziare Mirko, il titolare, la Sua serietà, professionalità, trasparenza, gentilezza ed attenzione verso il cliente (per non menzionare dell'ottimo trattamento economico....).

I searched for my desired Fiat 500, from Trento to Rome, considering the various options, new, used, long term rental.
Without any doubt, I opted for the Motor Gold Bologna proposal.
Tonight, a few days after the negotiation, I took home my 500 Hybrid Dolcevita km 0, full optionals ... Superb (a gem).
I have to thank Mirko, the owner, for his seriousness, professionalism, transparency, kindness and attention to the customer (not to mention the excellent economic treatment ....).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avviata una trattativa a distanza di circa 1200 km per una vettura di una certa importanza economica e di un certo prestigio, ho avuto subito la sensazione di trovarmi sul posto magari seduto davanti a un buon caffè col titolare, il sig Mirko. Messo a disposizione con un servizio fotografico degno di nota, avviata la complessa trattativa economica, ci siamo messi d'accordo in meno di un minuto. Fiero e determinato, professionale e gentile. Sarà un piacere ritirare la vettura che spero corrisponda alla descrizione. Intanto ringrazio il sig Mirko con cui una semplice conversazione telefonica diventa la concretizzazione di un acquisto. A presto con la speranza di conoscere tutto lo staff.

Poi dopo aver visto la macchina in un altro auto salone di collaborazione,andai da lui ,il signor Mirco: gentile,cordiale,disponibile e soprattutto molto professionale con il suo Staff. Abbiamo concluso in pochi giorni, giusto il tempo necessario per la burocrazia.
Se volete una macchina e siete persone serie vi consiglio vivamente di andarci.

At a time when I was desperately looking for a car, I saw the Motor Gold ad. After the first phone call, I realized that I would have concluded the deal with this person.
