★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenza, disponibilità e serietà a 360 gradi, personalmente mi sono trovato a mio agio fin dal primo contatto con Stefano uno dei venditori, così come in officina ho trovato un Capo Officina preparato e disponibile; unica nota stonata un'impiegata amministrativa, della quale non faccio volutamente il nome, non proprio adatta al contatto con il pubblico ma, ovviamente, questa è solo una mia opinione.
Competence, availability and seriousness at 360 degrees, personally I found myself at ease from the first contact with Stefano one of the sellers, just as in the workshop I found a Workshop Manager prepared and available; the only discordant note is an administrative employee, whose name I am not deliberately making, not quite suitable for contact with the public, but obviously this is just my opinion.

Sono entrata per chiedere alcune informazioni. Ho aspettato più di quaranta minuti e nessuno dei due operatori ha salutato o mi ha chiesto se avessi bisogno. Nessuno mi ha detto di accomodarmi e mi ha rivolto parola.
And maybe 2 stars are too much.
I went in to ask for some information. I waited over forty minutes and neither operator said hello or asked me if I needed. Nobody told me to sit down and spoke to me.
