Ti contattano per telefono che c'è la promozione a 149 euro poi quando sei li c'è sempre qualcosa che non è compreso per cui arrivi a più del doppio. In questo momento però sono in attesa che qualcuno risponda alle mie pec, ho disdetto un noleggio entro i 14 gg di ripensamento ma non sto ricevendo risposte sulla restituzione dei soldi che ho anticipato. Confido in un riscontro a breve per poter poi continuare per i prossimi anni ad essere ancora cliente ford. Ho effettuato una riparazione sulla mia autovettura, spendendo molto meno ed impiegando un quarto del tempo che un meccanico non ufficiale mi aveva preventivato. L'accoglienza poi è stata straordinaria, Vincenzo è gentilissimo e fa veramente di tutto per metterti a tuo agio e per limitare al massimo il disagio di dover rimanere senza auto per qualche ora. Officina consigliatissima. Great professionals, prepared, fast and honest. w	wannabyoursecretlove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E la secconda macchina in familia in arco di 2 anni direi che la mia esperienza nel aquisto dalla nuova puma del anno scorso non e stato proprio una bellina mi aspettavo di essere tratata come e stata la mia mamma quando Enrico(cosa che sa fare molto bene) li ha venduto la macchina però la via venditrice non ha niente a che fare con la vendita delle macchine quello che sapevo su la mia macchina sentivo dal altro venditore che spiegava hai clienti cosa ha e cosa non ha la macchina Do 5 stelle alla officina specialmente a Vicenzo che ogni volta che ho chiamato per un controllo un informazione un problema e sempre stato gentilissimo ,professionale, e cordiale Pure oggi mi ha fatto il controllo dalla macchina prima di fare un viaggio lungo accuratamente e questo a me da la tranquillità che la mia bimba è pronta per il viaggio . Si nota che e una persona molto brava nel suo lavoro! Pur essendo straniera ha curato ogni mia esigenza e ho notato in tanto che ero in attesa che il suo modo di lavorare e uguale per chiunque venga in officina molto gentile e,cordiale e attento alla soddisfazione del cliente. I ragazzi molto veloci e bravi avevvo i minuti contati e la macchina e stata sistemata molto velocemente ????
