Contattata l'apposita mail indicata nel sito per informazioni non mi hanno mai risposto. Ergo, per quello che mi riguarda sono inutili, pronti forse a intervenire sul cittadino, ma non per il cittadino.
 Called once to intervene on the usual enel energia scammer who tried to enter the house to "check my bill" they did not even move from the office, replying "it's his word against his" (?!).
Contacted the appropriate email indicated on the site for information, they never answered me. Ergo, as far as I'm concerned they are useless, perhaps ready to intervene on the citizen, but not for the citizen.
