Officina formidabile, ho acquistato da poco una fiesta ibrida, raggiunto il chilometraggio per il 1° controllo, mercoledì mi sono presentato per prendere l'appuntamento, mi hanno immediatamente effettuato 8l controllo anche se non avevo preso l'appuntamento. Bravi e grandi professionisti.
Experienced and well informed sellers on the material (auto) for sale, very polite. Terrific workshop, I recently bought a hybrid fiesta, reached the mileage for the 1st check, Wednesday I showed up to make the appointment, they immediately checked me even if I hadn't made the appointment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentativo di ricovero del mezzo bloccato da parte del soccorso stradale: l'officina rifiuta l'accettazione perche' oberata di lavoro (stessa risposta alla sede di Albenga). Comportamento inaccettabile eticamente dal momento che sono obbligato da Ford protect a servirmi delle officine autorizzate. Per non parlare dell'aspetto umano. Neanche una telefonata di spiegazioni.
Attempt to admit the blocked vehicle by roadside assistance: the workshop refuses acceptance because it is overworked (same response to the Albenga office). Behavior unacceptable ethically since I am obliged by Ford protect to use authorized workshops. Not to mention the human aspect. Not even a phone call for explanations.
