Siamo andate a Monopoli e abbiamo trovato ad accettazione un ragazzo molto esperto, gentile. Ci ha chiesto un po di pazienza per liberare un computer per fare il controllo del motore della macchina. La sala d'attesa era pulita e ci hanno portato un'altra sedia, perché eravamo in 4. Non hanno chiuso l'officina neanche per pausa pranzo. Hanno cambiato il filtro, poi ho chiesto di controllare anche la pressione nelle gomme. Nonostante il fatto che abbiamo perso tempo in vacanza, siamo state molto soddisfatte dell'officina attrezzata, ragazzi esperti. Ci è piaciuto la velocità, la professionalità. We were on vacation in Puglia when my car's engine light came on. We went to Monopoli and we found a very knowledgeable, kind guy to be accepted. He asked us for some patience to free up a computer to check the engine of the car. The waiting room was clean and they brought us another chair, because there were 4 of us. They didn't close the shop even for lunch. They changed the filter, then I asked to also check the pressure in the tires. Despite the fact that we wasted time on vacation, we were very satisfied with the equipped workshop, experienced guys. We liked the speed, the professionalism.
