★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci ho preso la mia macchina, mi sono trovato subito benissimo, il venditore è stato paziente nel presentarmi varie ipotesi di acquisto e consigliandomi al meglio, in amministrazione sono molto cordiali e disponibili, posso tranquillamente dire che da altri concessionari che ho visitato prima di Ford Eusebi non ho ricevuto questo trattamento, consigliatissimo a chi cerca una vettura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprai una Mondeo Vignale, un usato Ford Approved, ad Agosto e già qui un plauso a Vincenzo Pinto (Venditore giovane e intraprendente), dopo alcuni giorni riscontrai un problema serio alla carrozzeria non subito visibile, contattai la concessionaria e il mio caso venne seguito dal responsabile Carlo. Fin da subito Carlo mi rassicurava che il problema sarebbe stato risolto, aspettai 3 settimane per avere un' auto di cortesia e per far coincidere il tutto con il mio lavoro (vivo e lavoro a Ferrara) e altre 2 settimane perchè l'auto fosse pronta. Ringrazio infinitamente Carlo per essersi preso cura del mio insolito caso e complimenti a tutti quelli che hanno sistemato la mia auto, sembra nuova ed è priva di difetti...
I bought a Mondeo Vignale, a used Ford Approved, in August and already here an applause to Vincenzo Pinto (young and enterprising seller), after a few days I found a serious problem with the bodywork not immediately visible, I contacted the dealership and my case was followed by responsible Carlo.
