Son piu di 2 mesi che aspetto un pezzo per una finestra fornita da loro (in ritardo peraltro). Da evitare. Per la mia casa in campagna hanno realizzato questa meravigliosa porta in legno massello laccata rossa che si intona perfettamente con lo stile rustico della casa e dell'ambiente. Alcuni non sapevano spiegare il prodotto, altri non erano trasparenti, altri erano semplicemente dei cafoni. Mi sono soffermato su questa ditta perché già al telefono ho sentito una gentilezza genuina. La scelta si è rivelata da subito quella giusta. Ho ristrutturato casa e devo dire che di tutti i fornitori da cui ho effettuato acquisti i ragazzi di 3S INFISSI si sono rivelati sicuramente i migliori. Sono stati disponibili a tornare numerose volte prima della vendita, a metà fornitura e anche in post vendita. Sono stati minuziosamente precisi nel descrivere i prodotti e sono gli unici che hanno avuto una vera trasparenza in ogni fase, dall’acquisto all’installazione. Aggiungo inoltre che dopo la vendita li ho già disturbati altre 3 volte, non per problemi, ma per un normale assestamento della casa appena ristrutturata. In tutte queste occasioni loro si sono sempre dimostrati puntuali, dediti e attenti: rispettosi di ciò che rappresenta la casa per una persona: qualità non scontata in tanti altri loro colleghi. They have been available to return numerous times before the sale, in the mid-supply and also in the post-sale. They have been meticulously precise in describing the products and are the only ones that have had real transparency at every stage, from purchase to installation. I also add that after the sale I have already disturbed them 3 more times, not for problems, but for a normal settlement of the newly renovated house. On all these occasions they have always been punctual, dedicated and attentive: respectful of what the home for one person: quality not taken for granted by many of their other colleagues.
