Dietro mia spontanea e cortese richiesta di poter visionare lo stesso prodotto in due ( due!! non cento!) variabili di colore disponibili, la signora addetta alle vendite mi ha risposto con un secco "NO!". Senza aggiungere alcuna motivazione. Ho allora fatto notare come la mia non fosse chissà quale pretesa, tale da meritare siffatta reazione. A quel punto, altrettanto scortesemente, mi ha cominciato a parlare di merce nel magazzino, di orari del magazzino ecc... Dettagli che in ogni caso non ero tenuta a conoscere. Ribadisco che, comunque, c'è modo e modo di informare un cliente. Io sono stata cortese con lei e lei avrebbe dovuto fare altrettanto con me. Due volte che visito questo store, due volte che mi trovo di fronte al suo fare scorbutico, svogliato ed indisponente. Se non fosse per la possibilità di trovare borse ad un prezzo più conveniente che in altri negozi, non ci metterei più piede. Suggerisco un esame di coscienza o, ancora meglio, un cambio di lavoro. Due volte autorizzazione negata al pos quando sia ieri sera, sia un'ora dopo in ristorante, la stessa carta è stata accettata perfettamente. Sarebbe molto più professionale in pieno 2020 piuttosto esporre classici cartelli italioti come "Si accettano pagamenti solo con bancomat", oppure l'ancor più stupido "per problemi tecnici funzionano solo pagamenti con bancomat, no carte di credito".
