Workshop closed on Saturday morning and on the website it says that they are open. Bad service !! Not recommended !!

E non so perché nel sito dice che apre alle 14.30 quando nessuno risponde al telefono della concessionaria e nessuno apre le porte.
Magari aggiornare il sito per i clienti che vengono da lontano non sarebbe male.
Non ci torno nemmeno.
I only had time until 3pm.
And I don't know why on the site he says it opens at 2.30pm when nobody answers the dealership's phone and nobody opens the doors.
Maybe updating the site for customers coming from far away wouldn't be bad.
I don't even go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi, macchina con 5 mesi di vita portata in officina il 24/6/20 per problema alla pompa del freno da sostituire in garanzia... dopo 10 gg senza avere notizie e senza nemmeno un “ CI SCUSIAMO DEL DISAGIO “ ma soprattutto senza avere una macchina di cortesia ( macchina aziendale per altro ) Siamo ancora in attesa di essere richiamati dal concessionario. Servizio clienti inefficiente, inesistente NON COMPRERÒ PIÙ TOYOTA
Shameful, machine with 5 months of life brought to the workshop on 24/6/20 due to a brake pump problem to be replaced under warranty ... after 10 days without having news and without even a "We apologize for the inconvenience" but above all without having a courtesy car (company car for another) We are still waiting to be called back by the dealer. Inefficient, non-existent customer service I WILL NO LONGER BUY TOYOTA
