Ambiente rimasto invariato o poco piu da 20 anni a questa parte senza parlare della totale incapacità dei venditori presenti di instaurare un dialogo con i clienti. Si presentano e poi ti lasciano solo a visionare la macchina senza neanche dare un consiglio o una specifica tecnica. Stanno seduti li alla loro scrivania ad aspettare e dopo ti dicono semplicemente il prezzo della vettura che hai visto.

The environment has remained unchanged or little more than 20 years ago without mentioning the total inability of the vendors present to establish a dialogue with customers. They introduce themselves and then leave you alone to view the machine without even giving advice or a technical specification. They sit there at their desk waiting and then they simply tell you the price of the car you saw.

Attentive and helpful staff, I received excellent assistance both during the purchase phase thanks to Marco's competence and kindness and also excellent assistance during some phases in which I needed the workshop thanks to the preparation of the mechanics team and the great Fausto's experience.
