★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un errore di collegamento con l'infotainment della mia macchina ho chiesto assistenza all'officina euromotors dove l'avevo comprata. Il problema era ampiamente noto ai tecnici dell'officina e dovuto, a loro dire, all'ultimo aggiornamento ios Apple del mio telefono. Tuttavia mi hanno fatto lasciare la macchina per la diagnosi, siamo dovuti tornare a riprenderla dopo poco più di un'ora e poi nuovamente per "parlare" con il tecnico il giorno successivo. Risultato n. 3 viaggi a Siena con due macchine da 100 km/cadauno + la fattura per la diagnosi, poi "trasformata" in aggiornamento software, per un errore che "dovrebbe" risolversi con il prossimo aggiornamento ios Apple.
Due to a connection error with the infotainment of my car, I asked for assistance at the Euromotors workshop where I had bought it. The problem was widely known to the technicians in the workshop and due, according to them, to the latest Apple ios update of my phone. However, they made me leave the car for the diagnosis, we had to return to take it back after just over an hour and then again to "talk" with the technician the next day. Result n. 3 trips to Siena with two cars of 100 km / each + the invoice for the diagnosis, then "transformed" into a software update, due to an error that "should" be solved with the next Apple ios update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un auto la settimana scorsa presso Euromotori e mi sono trovata molto bene, fin dal primo contatto. Io ho avuto a che fare con il responsabile dell'usato, il sig. Marco, che è stato molto disponibile a venire incontro a tutte le mie richieste, è molto paziente e professionale ed ha un'attenzione al cliente che non ho notato in nessuna delle altre concessionarie che ho visitato (parecchie!). Ho acquistato un'auto usata con condizioni pari al nuovo (o quasi), in confronto alle altre concessionarie qui la scelta mi è sembrata molto più vasta (parlo sempre di usato) e soprattutto c'è onestà a livello di prezzi - cosa che in questo periodo, in cui c'è carenza di auto, è difficile trovare. Sono contenta di essermi rivolta a questa concessionaria, fare la strada ne è valsa sicuramente la pena (vivo a circa 100 km di distanza). Consiglio Euromotori e in particolare il sig. Marco a tutti coloro che vorranno acquistare una macchina nuova o usata Volkswagen, sicuramente ci manderò amici e familiari se ce ne sarà occasione.
I bought a car last week at Euromotori and I found myself very well, right from the first contact. I have had to deal with the manager of the second hand, Mr. Marco, who was very willing to meet all my requests, is very patient and professional and has a customer focus that I have not noticed in any of the other dealerships I have visited (several!). I bought a used car with conditions like new (or almost new), compared to the other dealerships here the choice seemed much wider (I always talk about used) and above all there is honesty in terms of prices - which in this period, when there is a shortage of cars, is difficult to find. I'm glad I turned to this dealership, making the road was definitely worth it (I live about 100 km away). Euromotori Council and in particular Mr. Marco to all those who want to buy a new or used Volkswagen car, I will certainly send friends and family there if there is an opportunity.
