Der Chef machts sehr liebevoll, persönlich. Very nice service very good food the Tatar diavolo was a dream, a devilishly good seasoning spicy piquant and pleasant not too hot just right but also the mixed plate of excellent quality. The boss makes it very loving, personally.

La sorpresa però arriva al momento del conto, quando notiamo che i prezzi non corrispondevano assolutamente a quelli scritti nei menu esposti (ci hanno fatto pagare 6€ per una schiacciata e 14€ per un tagliere di formaggi, quando il prezzo inizialmente era di 5€ e 10€). Quando gliel'ho fatto notare si sono giustificati dicendo che erano i prezzi che avevano durante il covid e si sono dimenticati di cambiarli, ridandomi indietro 2€. 2 stelle perché il cibo era buono, ma essere presi per scemi anche no, grazie. We happened here by chance; nothing to say about food, good. The surprise, however, comes at the time of the bill, when we notice that the prices did not correspond at all to those written in the menus on display (they made us pay € 6 for a schiacciata and € 14 for a cheese platter, when the price was initially € 5 and € 10). When I pointed it out they justified themselves by saying that it was the prices they had during the covid and they forgot to change them, giving me back € 2. 2 stars because the food was good, but be foolish too, thanks.

Prezzo in linea con la qualità e quantità. Apart from the manager's sympathy, the tartare is the best I have ever eaten, not to mention the selection of cheeses and cold cuts, the cutting board was of an amazing goodness and I must say also abundant. Price in line with the quality and quantity.

Tra le numerose schiacciate abbiamo scelto entrambi la 5 che si è rivelata gustosa. Dato che siamo un po' golosi non abbiamo resistito alla selezione di formaggi accompagnati da aceto balsamico e da una riduzione ai peperoni. Davvero ottima; evidente e percepibile la qualità dei prodotti, accompagnati da un buon calice di rosso suggerito dal titolare. Tornero per assaggiare le tartarre. Direi che è il posto ideale per un pasto veloce o uno spuntino sfizioso, per chi cerca comunque la qualità. Interessante anche la selezione di salumi esposti. Discovered some time, I returned to TVB with my partner, during a trip to Siena. The modern restaurant is furnished in a simple but tasteful way. Among the numerous crushes we both chose the 5 which turned out to be tasty. Since we are a bit greedy we could not resist the selection of cheeses accompanied by balsamic vinegar and a reduction of peppers. Really great; the quality of the products is evident and perceptible, accompanied by a good glass of red suggested by the owner. I'll be back to taste the tartares. I would say it is the ideal place for a quick meal or a tasty snack, for those looking for quality anyway. The selection of cold cuts on display is also interesting.
J	Jacintha Ruppert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice and great unexpected experience. We were staying close by at a beautiful location, called Cassale di Cellole (beautiful place, highly recommanded). I spotted the Tuscan Wine bar on our way to Firenze along the road; We expected and hoped for in the first place a good glass of wine after a sunny and relaxing day. But it brought us so much more, and was highly appreciated. It doesn't show at the first impression, but the gentle and honest service and most of all the suprise of experiencing a variety of typical Italian/tuscan dishes (to be shared) made that we had a very special evening; Starting with crostines in a different way combined with a slight sweet taste, absoluteley fabulous, Steak tartare prepared in a very tasteful way with pecorino cheese. We finised with a specialty that looked like tuna fish but actually was soft well prepared pork, which was very delicate and tasteful. Thank you for un unexpected very nice evening. Hope the future will bring you all the best, you deserve it. Especially after/during a though time with Covid19. When you are in the neighourhood, please visit the Tuscan Wine Bar.
