Abbiamo mangiato bene, speso il giusto e... una nota positiva sono i titolari e il personale, molto gentili e premurosi. Ci torneremo di sicuro! Nice little place, welcoming and softly lit as I like it! We ate well, spent the right amount of food and ... on a positive note, the owners and staff are very kind and attentive. We will be back for sure!

Tornare per assaggiare cose diverse. Excellent evening spent in the company of friends organized by @hassaggini Warm and welcoming place. Staff friendly and prepared and attentive to the needs of diners. The starters are excellent .. The first courses are exquisite .. Not to mention the main courses .. Large portions .. Excellent value for money.. Come back to taste different things.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile e la cucina particolare. Particolare perché qui non troverete solo i classici piatti della tradizione, amatriciana, gricia e via discorrendo, ma anche piatti che sotto alcuni aspetti considero quasi innovativi. Io, ad esempio, ho provato un primo zucca e porcini e che dire, davvero molto buono, si sentiva che i prodotti erano di prima qualità. Non sono un amante della farina integrale, ma la pasta che hanno fatto era davvero ottima. Circa l'antipasto c'è una menzione da fare, il guacamole che a me ha fatto letteralmente impazzire. Consiglio? Certo che si. Ah, dimenticavo, il prezzo...per quattro persone, 2 antipasti divisi, 4 primi, vino e un dolce 90€ (22€ a testa) è davvero onesto, chi pensa sia troppo evidentemente vive o ha vissuto sulla luna. A pleasant surprise. Trattoria located in the central square of Marino, really very nice and with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is kind and helpful and the cuisine is particular. Particular because here you will not only find the classic traditional dishes, amatriciana, gricia and so on, but also dishes that in some respects I consider almost innovative. For example, I tried a first pumpkin and porcini mushrooms and what to say, really very good, you felt that the products were of the highest quality. I'm not a lover of wholemeal flour, but the pasta they made was really great. About the appetizer there is a mention to do, the guacamole that literally drove me crazy. Advice? Of course yes. Ah, I forgot, the price ... for four people, 2 divided appetizers, 4 first courses, wine and a dessert 90 € (22 € each) is really honest, those who think it is too evidently lives or has lived on the moon.

To have an idea of the menu you can try a cheap antipasto with a glass of good wine from castelli Romani. 30 minutes by train from Rome termini station, get off in Marino station and walk up to the Town centre 5 more minutes.

Great selection of quick bites and small plates to share, especially broad in their options for pranzo and fixed menu, where its cost is nothing to worry about. The inside of the place resembles a well taken care of 'cava', exquisitely furnished, and the ambiance is completely in tune with the overall mood of the place. Their wine selection is out of this world, perfectly mixing their own produce with well regarded brands, also providing the option to taste a glass 'on the house' to select guests. Definitely a go-to regularly.
