★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All' inizio non ero solito a visitare foot locker dato che i prezzi erano sopra al normale, ma adesso i prezzi sono a dir poco ottimi. Il personale è gentile e preparato. Consiglio a tutti di andare qui per prendere delle scarpe data la varietà di prodotti.
At the beginning I wasn't used to visiting foot locker since the prices were above normal, but now the prices are nothing short of excellent. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I recommend everyone to go here to get shoes given the variety of products.

Fingendo che il pavimento era bagnato faceva passare le persone all esterno dei pali antitaccheggio per non far attivare il contapersone e il tutto fatto in modo poco carino, vergognati almeno fai finta di lavare davvero, così sembri più credibile. Mi ha fatto passare la voglia di acquistare li dentro
Bad and ignorant .. the girl who works there would be sent home. Pretending that the floor was wet he made people pass outside the anti-theft poles so as not to activate the people counter and all done in an unkind way, shame on you at least pretend to really wash, so you seem more credible. It made me want to buy in there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati in questo footlocker in quanto volevo fare un regalo al mio compagno. Arrivati al negozio il commesso sbaglia il numero di scarpe portandone un paio di due taglie più piccole. Il mio compagno (errore suo ovviamente) dice che vanno bene e le compriamo. Al momento di pagare DOPO avermi fatto pagare il commesso ci dice il suo errore e si offre di cambiarle SENZA dire che si sarebbe trattato di un reso. Cambiando le scarpe quindi perdiamo il diritto ad un reso se le scarpe avessero problemi. Sorpresa sorpresa, le scarpe sono PIENE di difetti tra cui uno davvero gravissimo nella parte anteriore della scarpa sx (che quindi il mio compagno non aveva provato) dove una cucitura era saltata completamente. Ora ci dovremo affidare ad un calzolaio specializzato avendo buttato gli scontrini in quanto ci era già stato fatto un cambio. Davvero scandalizzata per il trattamento fornitoci. Ultima volta che footlocker mi vede mettere piede in un suo negozio.
We went to this footlocker as I wanted to give my partner a gift. Arriving at the shop, the clerk gets the shoe size wrong by bringing a pair of two smaller sizes. My partner (his mistake of course) says they are fine and we buy them. When paying AFTER making me pay the clerk tells us his mistake and offers to exchange them WITHOUT saying it would be a return. By changing the shoes then we lose the right to a return if the shoes have problems. Surprise surprise, the shoes are FULL of defects including a very serious one in the front part of the left shoe (which therefore my partner had not tried) where a seam was completely missing. Now we will have to rely on a specialized shoemaker having thrown away the receipts as we had already made a change. Really shocked by the treatment given us. Last time footlocker saw me set foot in his shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella solo perché altrimenti non avrei potuto fare la recensione. Dire pessimo è fare un complimento! La responsabile ( o almeno credo visto che impartiva ordino) presente nella giornata odierna è stata maleducata e scurrile. La commessa invece voleva farci prendere per forza delle scarpe che purtroppo erano di un colore troppo distante da quello che volevamo dicendo “ma che fa è carino uguale”. Senza parole davvero! Una volta usciti dal negozio, senza aver comprato nulla, dato che quello che cercavamo purtroppo non c era e giusto perché era stata troppo gentile e carina ha bofonchiato qualcosa alzando la mano facendo il classico gesto alla “romana” e ho detto tutto! Ci tenevo a dire che in questo momento è pieno di gente che ha voglia di lavorare, magari non avrà la competenza giusta in fatto di scarpe ma ha la gentilezza e l’educazione nel trattare i clienti (che ricordo a quella amabile signorina sono coloro che le permettono di mangiare), detto ciò inviterei footlocker a fare dei controlli qualità sui dipendenti. Veramente schifata. P.s ancora oggi ( come nella recensione di 5 mesi fa di un altro utente) fanno passare dalla vetrina per aggirare il contapersone, ottimo metodo per nascondere che non si è bravi a vendere!! Continuate cosi!!
I only put a star because otherwise I would not have been able to do the review. To say bad is to pay a compliment! The manager (or at least I think since she gave orders) present today was rude and scurrilous. The saleswoman, on the other hand, wanted us to take shoes that unfortunately were of a color too far from what we wanted, saying "but what does she do is cute the same". Without words indeed! Once out of the shop, without having bought anything, since what we were looking for unfortunately was not there and right because she was too kind and pretty she muttered something raising her hand doing the classic "Roman" gesture and I said everything! I wanted to say that at the moment he is full of people who want to work, maybe they will not have the right competence in terms of shoes but he has the kindness and education in dealing with customers (which I remind that lovely young lady are those who allow her to eat), having said that I would invite footlockers to do quality checks on employees. Really disgusted. P.s still today (as in the review of another user 5 months ago) they pass by the window to get around the people counter, an excellent method to hide that you are not good at selling !! Keep it up!!
