Ogni aperitivo è un'esperienza. Personale cordiale e preparato. Consigliatissimo REFINEMENT. Incredible place, great selection of wines and food, even the cocktails absolutely live up to the reputation of the place. Each aperitif is an experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vino molto buono, tagliere sublime e prima di andare ci ha pure offerto un bicchierino di un liquore tipico di Cuneo. Si vede che i due ragazzi hanno una vera e propria passione per questo lavoro e questo un cliente lo capisce sempre, bravi! WONDERFUL service! The barman who served us was able to advise us for the best and pampered us throughout our aperitif. Very good wine, sublime cutting board and before going he even offered us a glass of a typical liqueur from Cuneo. You can see that the two guys have a real passion for this job and a customer always understands this, well done!

Tutto questo lo si può comprendere solo entrandovi e lasciandosi guidare a pieno da Marco, l'oste ( come quelli di una volta) di questa splendida location. Consiglio : lasciate fuori ogni inziale pregiudizio e riuscirete ad incontrare tante persone e vivere delle serate davvero uniche nel loro genere. Noi lo abbiamo fatto tanti anni fa e ancora adesso ogni venerdì sera rimane il nostro posto preferito e del nostro gruppo di amici. Che altro dire, consigliatissimo !! ?? Fonderie Marco is a perfect combination of food and meeting. All this can only be understood by entering it and letting yourself be fully guided by Marco, the host (like those of the past) of this splendid location. Tip: leave out any initial prejudice and you will be able to meet many people and experience truly unique evenings. We did it many years ago and even now every Friday night it remains our favorite place and of our group of friends. What else to say, highly recommended !! ??

Allora spiego, due bottiglie di vino (loro anno due soglie di prezzo 15 e 25, se non ricordo male, abbiamo preso entrambe) eccellenti, entre di benvenuto, 3 panini gourmet, più tagliere esagerato, abbiamo speso 25 euro a testa. Insomma la bontà dei salumi e del vino ha risvegliato a tutti appetiti sopiti e non ci siamo più fermati. Particolare non da poco non eravamo una combriccola di soli maschi dalla stazza taurina. Personale molto competente che non si è messo a far lo show da super mega competente che dopo due minuti gli vorresti dire, faccia lei. Insomma bravi! C'è passione anche a Milano.... Very competent staff who did not start doing the super mega competent show that after two minutes you would like to say, do it yourself. In short, good! There is passion in Milan too ....

Panini eccellenti ( anche per chi ha gusti complicati….), ampia scelta di vini e liquori! Ormai è il nostro posto del cuore! E voi, ragazzi, che ci avete coccolate in queste due sere… siete davvero fantastici! A presto… nel frattempo aprite una succursale a Roma!!
