Oltre ai sinceri ringraziamenti a tutto il personale ASA meraviglioso attento sensibile sempre presente..in particolare Luca Marcella Mary Barbara1/2 Laura Gloria Margherita Livua Giusy..il personale infermieristico Virna Alessandra Shanty Miky Andrea Daniela Barbara ..i super fisioterapisti Paolo Cristian Marta e non dimentico il messo coso Marco ..e tutti i medici soprattutto dottoresa Valeria e dott. È ormai passato un' anno dall' inizio della pandemia e l' amministrazione a tutt' oggi non ha saputo organizzarsi e allestire un locale adibito alle visite dei residenti nella struttura. Vergognosa e inaccettabile l' organizzazione dei dirigenti, non valutabile l' operato degli infermieri perché moltissimo tempo è passato dall' ultima visita avvenuta in reparto. The place dedicated to those who visit relatives is a sad dark and cold basement exposed to the winds. A year has now passed since the beginning of the pandemic and the administration has not yet been able to organize itself and set up a room used for visits by residents in the structure. The organization of the managers is shameful and unacceptable, the work of the nurses cannot be evaluated because a lot of time has passed since the last visit to the ward.

Ringrazio tutti per la professionalità, pazienza e la disponibilità dimostrata anche dopo due mesi dalle dimissioni di mio papà.Grazie a tutti! Excellent structure. Oggi abbiamo portato la moglie di 84 anni e la figlia per vederlo e dargli l'ultimo saluto da Selvino (non proprio dietro l'angolo) . Domani mattina chiudono la bara definitivamente perché dovranno cremarlo. Questa mattina sono venuti due parenti a vederlo. Arrivati davanti all'hospice, ci dicono che è permesso l'ingresso alla camera mortuaria solo a due persone al giorno e non ci avevano detto nulla. Inflessibili non hanno permesso l'entrata, lasciando la moglie in lacrime e la figlia sulla strada. Questa è l'umanità di un posto che dovrebbe dare il conforto alle persone. Complimenti !! My father-in-law passed away yesterday. Today we took the 84 year old wife and daughter to see him and give him the last farewell from Selvino (not really around the corner). Tomorrow morning they close the coffin permanently because they will have to cremate it. This morning two relatives came to see him. Arriving in front of the hospice, they tell us that only two people a day are allowed to enter the mortuary and they hadn't told us anything. Inflexible they did not allow entry, leaving the tearful wife and daughter on the road. This is the humanity of a place that should give people comfort. Compliments !!
