★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'azienda Folcio ha installato a gennaio 2020 delle tapparelle a casa di mia madre, queste sono però difettose in quanto mancano le fessure, con ovvi disagi. Purtroppo non se n'è accorta subito e ha quindi saldato il preventivo. Dopo più di un anno e mezzo di richieste di sostituzione l'azienda continua ancora a temporeggiare.
L'azienda ha risolto il problema.
The Folcio company installed shutters in my mother's house in January 2020, but these are defective as there are no gaps, with obvious inconveniences. Unfortunately, she did not notice immediately and therefore paid the estimate. After more than a year and a half of replacement requests, the company continues to stall.
