Sono uscita dal negozio molto arrabbiata perché non potevo stare lì ad aspettare. La cosa bella è che la responsabile mi ha contattato per scusarsi e capire i miei bisogni. Devo ammettere che le 5 stelle sono per la umiltà e bontà di Daniela che ha saputo gestire la situazione anche quando me ne sono andata. Grazie (spero soltanto che uno capisca se ci sono donne incinta,neonati o disabili in coda loro hanno la priorità!! Anche se non chiedono nulla) I go often, for every birthday and last time I got really angry because I had my kids with me, including a 2 month old baby, and a client didn't give me priority. I left the shop very angry because I couldn't wait there. The nice thing is that the manager contacted me to apologize and understand my needs. I must admit that the 5 stars are for Daniela's humility and kindness who was able to manage the situation even when I left. Thank you (I just hope that one understands if there are pregnant women, babies or disabled people in the queue they have priority !! Even if they don't ask for anything)
J	Jessica Riso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Fabbrica delle Feste di Seregno è dove andiamo SEMPRE per qualsiasi evento da festeggiare: quando è nato mio nipote ho trovato la cicogna più grande, per i miei 30 anni, grazie a loro ho addobbato tutto il locale, per i 50 anni dei miei genitori, per il primo compleanno a sorpresa che volevo fare al mio ragazzo, per addi al nubilato, celibato, per Halloween e per Carnevale. Loro non lo sanno, ma ci sono sempre stati nelle occasioni più belle ed importanti, ma ieri sera si sono superate. Per me è un periodo dove non ho tempo di fare nulla e sono arrivata ad un quarto d’ora dalla chiusura con tutti i palloncini da gonfiare e un enorme scatolone da riempire. Solitamente nei negozi, vicini alla chiusura, mi sono sempre sentita rispondere male. Cosa hanno fatto queste fantastiche ragazze, invece? Ridendo e scherzando hanno fatto un lavoro di squadra incredibile, gonfiando palloncini e riempiendomi lo scatolone. Ad un certo punto, mi sembrava di essere tra amiche a ridere e scherzare. Grazie davvero per avermi permesso di realizzare la sorpresa per la mia sorellina, che tra poche ore le farò trovare a casa. P.s.: una sola volta, 2 anni fa e per sola comodità di vicinanza al luogo dell’evento, mi sono rivolta alla fabbrica di Monza e ne sono scappata. Scorbutici fino al midollo. Nonostante la distanza, sono scappata dalla mia fabbrica a Seregno e, di fatto, si sono riconfermate le migliori! They don't know it, but they have always been there on the most beautiful and important occasions, but last night they were overcome. For me it is a time when I don't have time to do anything and I arrived a quarter of an hour after closing with all the balloons to inflate and a huge box to fill. Usually in the shops, close to closing, I have always felt badly answered. What did these amazing girls do instead? Laughing and joking they did incredible teamwork, blowing up balloons and filling my box. At one point, I felt like I was laughing and joking with friends. Thank you very much for letting me make the surprise for my little sister, which I will have at home in a few hours. P.s .: only once, 2 years ago and for the sole convenience of proximity to the place of the event, I turned to the Monza factory and ran away. Grumpy to the core. Despite the distance, I ran away from my factory in Seregno and, in fact, the best were confirmed!
