Capisco che le prime due volte un collega ha chiamato, in Inglese, la donna che ha risposto ha semplicemente riattaccato. La terza volta ho chiamato io, in Italiano, ed ho spiegato un collega ha chiamato e mi chiedevo se qualcuno parlasse inglese. Chiaramente, parlando in Italiano, la signora poteva rispondere dicendo "no" ed avrei comunque spiegato come mai stiamo chiamando, in italiano. Ha semplicemente detto "no, ciaoo" in un tono annoiato. Metto tre stelle solo perché una sarebbe crudele ed avrebbe un brutto impatto sulla media, ma eravamo tutti un po' shockati. We are an international company, and we were looking for someone to take care of packaging in Italy for a simple work of a few days. I understand that the first two times a colleague called, in English, the woman who answered simply hung up. The third time I called myself, in Italian, and explained a colleague called and wondered if anyone spoke English. Clearly, speaking in Italian, the lady could answer by saying "no" and in any case I would have explained why we are calling, in Italian. He simply said "no, ciaoo" in a bored tone. I only put three stars because one would be cruel and have a bad impact on the media, but we were all a little shocked.
