Avevo bisogno di un tampone antigenico per mio figlio e il dottore si è prodigato per risolverci il problema. Grazie ancora Great pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ho aspettato 25 minuti in mezzo alla strada per scoprire che dovevano seguire una spedizione in arrivo, e mi hanno detto che effettuavano il tampone ancora ad una terza persona e poi mi avrebbero chiesto la tessera sanitaria della bambina per stampare il GP. Poi hanno deciso che il tampone dalla settimana prossima lo fanno un giorno si e uno no. Dal momento che è valido 48ore, beh fatevi due conti. Esperienza quindi pessima e da cliente abituale andrò ovviamente altrove. Durante l'epoca Covid abbiamo perso anche le buone maniere. Today 30/09 I needed the pad for minors. Di questi tempi la gentilezza fa veramente la differenza e ho scelta questa farmacia, abbandonandone una di cui ero cliente da anni, ma dove con il Covid erano diventati molto scortesi, apposta per questo.
