★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito anche se abbastanza confusione per la merce non ordinata...il mio voto basso va alle commesse che manca la professionalità, l'attenzione e l'educazione ...stanno lì alle casse raccontarsi i loro fatti...senza pestare attenzione ai clienti oppure al lavoro che stanno facendo.. sbagliando scontrini è se gli fai presente ti rispondono pure male.
Well stocked shop even if enough confusion for the unsorted goods ... my low mark goes to the orders that lack the professionalism, the attention and the education ... they are there at the checkouts telling each other their facts ... without stepping on pay attention to customers or to the work they are doing .. wrong receipts and if you tell them they will answer badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati e scortesi .... Per due volte mi hanno venduto una tazza rotta ( sbeccata) ..... Per poi chiamarli e fargli presente il problema..... E la loro risposta è stata che non sanno cosa ci faccio io a casa con la tazza. .... Ma scherziamo e la seconda volta che mi muovo da mirano per cambiarla e loro mi rispondono in questa maniera ...... Come se mi facesse piacere farmi kilometri per una tazzina ...... Personale veramente maleducato.... Si permettono pure di fare la voce grossa per telefono (abbastanza ridicola la cosa)
Rude and unkind .... Twice they sold me a broken cup (chipped) ..... Then they called them and pointed out the problem ..... And their answer was that they don't know what I'm doing with it. at home with the cup. .... But let's joke and the second time I move from aim to change it and they answer me in this way ...... As if it would please me to make me miles for a cup ...... Really rude staff. ... They even allow themselves to be loud over the phone (quite ridiculous)

Ho comprato una pinza per tenere il telefono: non fa il suo dovere e si è rotta nemmeno 24 ore dopo. Pessimi
