Un centro di assistenza di eccellenza gestito da Sandro pilota di droni ma prima ancora sapiente tecnico che all’alba del boom di questi velivoli li montava e riparava nel suo atellier (alcuni sono esposti nel suo negozio). Sebbene non sia un centro ufficiale Dji lo standard di professionalità, competenza e serietà e’ al massimo livello. In un mondo dove ormai riparare un oggetto e’ sinonimo di spedizione in qualche parte del mondo se siete di Roma o vicino Roma avrete la possibilità di confrontarvi de visu con un professionista che saprà darvi il miglior consiglio. Se siete lontani invece basterà contattarli per beneficiare di un servizio di ritiro a domicilio e potrete sempre parlare con Sandro via email o telefono. Il materiale utilizzato è originale DJI ma ricordati che per i droni piu vecchi e’ sempre piu difficile trovare parti di ricambio sul mercato secondario (per esempio per il mio mavic pro addio ad eliche originali). Il negozio che e’ comunque un reseller DJI offre anche la possibilità di acquistare droni ed accessori oltre che a parti di ricambio (ad esempio le scocche). Con l’evoluzione di questo prodotti serviva come il pane a Roma un centro di riparazioni che ti evitasse fi mandare tutto in Olanda fuori garanzia proponendo riparazioni a prezzi onesti e competitivi. An excellent service center managed by Sandro, a drone pilot but even before that, a skilled technician who, at the dawn of the boom, mounted and repaired these aircraft in his atelier (some are displayed in his shop). Although it is not an official DJI center, the standard of professionalism, competence and seriousness is at the highest level. In a world where repairing an object is now synonymous with shipping somewhere in the world, if you are in Rome or near Rome, you will have the opportunity to confront face-to-face with a professional who will be able to give you the best advice. If you are far away, on the other hand, just contact them to benefit from a home collection service and you can always speak to Sandro by email or phone. The material used is original DJI but remember that for older drones it is increasingly difficult to find spare parts on the secondary market (for example for my mavic pro goodbye to original propellers). The shop that is in any case a DJI reseller also offers the possibility to purchase drones and accessories as well as spare parts (for example the bodies). With the evolution of this product, a repair center was like bread in Rome that would prevent you from sending everything to Holland out of warranty by offering repairs at honest and competitive prices. Consiglio questo negozio sia per il servizio tecnico che per acquisto di materiale per droni. C	Cali Usuelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo lavoro una volta che il pacco parte c'è da stare tranquilli che ti stanno già aggiornando sulle riparazioni, l'unica cosina non visibile sul sito sono i 35€ x2h di mano d'opera, però d'altronde sembrano gli unici in Italia a saper riparare DJI! Grazie ancora! Nel frattempo il cliente viene informato passo passo di tutto quello che accade al proprio drone, con tanto di cloud nel quale vengono messe le foto ed i video di collaudo. Veramente soddisfatto. Servizio eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente. I was truly amazed by the efficiency of fly to discover. Home collection, repair, shipping all in just over a week. In the meantime, the customer is informed step by step of everything that happens to his drone, complete with a cloud in which the photos and testing videos are put. Really satisfied. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.
