★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare: colazione scadente (avere dei buondimotta e mezzo litro di latte non equivale ad una colazione continentale), niente wifi, la pressione dell'acqua bassa causa acquedotto permetteva la doccia o nel primissimo pomeriggio o verso l'una di notte.
Problema non riconducibile ai proprietari, ma per correttezza avrebbero dovuto dirlo prima, soprattutto a chi ha figli piccoli al seguito.
Fatto presente il problema, dapprima ci veniva detto è impossibile, poi ci veniva chiesto cosa avevamo fatto, poi che non ci potevano fare niente, che non era un loro problema.
Quando si paga per un servizio e non lo si ottiene non è una risposta accettabile.
Un b&b al mare deve fornire un letto e una doccia, se già la doccia non la puoi usare per 4 giorni, mezzo servizio è bello che andato.
Massimo rispetto per chi lavora, capisco che ci possano essere problemi, ma rispondere non è un mio problema è inaccettabile, bastava semplicemente dire: ci dispiace per l'inconveniente e proporre soluzioni. E mancato sia l'una che l'altra cosa.
Sicuramente è una struttura nuova, molto bella, spero possa migliorare nella comunicazione.
Experience to forget: poor breakfast (having half a liter of milk is not the same as a continental breakfast), no wifi, low water pressure due to the aqueduct allowed the shower either in the very early afternoon or at one in the morning.
Problem not attributable to the owners, but to be fair they should have said it before, especially to those with young children in tow.
Given the problem, we were first told it was impossible, then we were asked what we had done, then they couldn't do anything about it, which was not their problem.
When you pay for a service and you get it is not an acceptable answer.
A b & b by the sea must provide a bed and a shower, if you can't use the shower for 4 days already, half of the service is nice.
Maximum respect for those who work, I understand that there may be problems, but answering is not my problem is unacceptable, it was enough to simply say: we are sorry for the inconvenience and propose solutions. Either one or the other is missing.
Surely it is a new, very beautiful, I hope will improve communication.
