Sembra di essere in famiglia per non parlare dei personal trainer tutti molto preparati anche se io spezzo una lancia a favore del mio personal trainer Giuseppe Bonagura; Ragazzo di una preparazione superiore puntuale e molto scrupoloso ti accompagna in tutti gli esercizi spiegando nei minimi particolari i movimenti da fare per me davvero il top a conti fatti suggerisco Questa palestra perché unisce qualità e quantità per atrezzi e corsi che fornisce cosa che ultimamente scarseggia un po in altre palestre Great gym, very kind reception staff, new and quality equipment. In confronto alla palestra che frequentavo prima (lo sporting village), è molto meglio in termini di equipaggiamento (ci sono gli specchi per i pesi...), di incentivi (avere un dispenser di acqua/drink dedicato è comodissimo) e di comodità. Nice gym, crazy bonuses, very friendly and helpful staff. In generale è una palestra che offre molte attività da poter svolgere. Palestra eccezionale, spogliatoi grandi e sempre puliti, staff cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutarti.
