La palestra è pulita e strutturalmente in perfette condizioni, la consiglio a tutti quelli che cercano un buon ambiente per allenarsi e che ti motivi a farlo, perchè non sei mai abbandonato a te stesso in una sala vuota I have been enrolling for about 3 months and I am really very well ... the staff is very helpful, inside and outside the various fitness rooms or courses that are ... In base ai tipi di programmi ed abbinamenti è probabilmente la più interessante ed economica di Aprilia (naturalmente ce ne sono alcune che si occupano di attività particolari che sono preferibili: ad esempio non la consiglierei per la ginnastica posturale). Frequentata con buona soddisfazione. One of the best known, largest and most popular gyms in Aprilia. You can do a lot of sports. Grazie ai corsi di ginnastica posturale ho risolto annosi problemi di mal di schiena e artrosi cervicale. Il personale oltre ad essere molto preparato e qualificato è risulta anche molto gentile e disponibile. I prezzi degli abbonamenti sono ottimi in relazione ai servizi offerti.
