Sul sito ho letto che era possibile fare anche sedute di shiatsu, così ho posticipato le lezioni di pilates e mi sono lasciata coccolare, per circa 3 mesi, dalle mani di Francesca. L'ambiente è molto bello ed accogliente, curato in ogni dettaglio e molto pulito. Francesca è una shiatsuka dolcissima e molto in gamba, ti mette a tuo agio e modifica luci, musica e profumi affinchè tutto sia nelle tue corde. Il beneficio che ho tratto dal suo shiatsu va oltre il semplice benessere fisico e di questo non posso che ringraziare lei, nello specifico, ma anche tutto lo staff di Sinergia Studio I discovered Sinergia Studio almost by chance, looking for a center to do pilates halfway between home and work and with schedules compatible with mine. On the website I read that it was also possible to do shiatsu sessions, so I postponed the pilates lessons and I let myself be pampered, for about 3 months, by Francesca's hands. The environment is very nice and welcoming, with attention to every detail and very clean. Francesca is a sweet and very smart shiatsuka, she puts you at ease and modifies lights, music and perfumes so that everything is in your strings. The benefit that I gained from her shiatsu goes beyond mere physical well-being and for this I can only thank you, specifically, but also all the staff of Sinergia Studio

Tutti molto preparati, ma non me ne vogliano se mi soffermo su Gaetano, che ovviamente è il fulcro di Sinergia Studio. Una persona qualificata, disponibile, attenta ed educata, dirige il centro con meticolosità. Gli ambienti sono rifiniti ma la cosa più importante è che è sempre tutto in ordine e pulito. Bravissimi. La professionalità degli istruttori si è poi riconfermata soprattutto in questo periodo di disagio, durante il quale stanno dimostrando il massimo della loro disponibilità fornendo a tutti i frequentatori video lezioni online sempre diverse per accontentare ogni nostra esigenza. Io dico sempre che quando entro in questo posto non andrei mai via. Grazie alla professionalità ed empatia degli istruttori questa palestra è il luogo adatto per sentirsi in forma con serenità.
