★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a pre-travel COVID test. I scheduled in advance with FirstMed. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. We were in and out in a minimum of time. It was fabulous. I am a Travel Advisor and will definitely refer future clients to FirstMed if they are in need in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have easy access to an English-speaking doctor in such an uncomplicated way. I also brought a very nervous 5-year old here for a rapid Covid test and Nastasja was so kind and gentle that my kid was completely put at ease and got tested without too much anxiety. Thank you, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice facility located in the heart of Rome. The office is clean and easily accessible. Employees at the reception desk are attentive and very welcoming. Staff members displayed excellent communication skills in English. Ms. Simona Conti was very kind and helpful in getting us scheduled for a Covid-19 test as required for our upcoming travel back to the U.S.A. Thank you for the outstanding customer service that all of you provided. I highly recommend this medical facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit for Covid-19 testing was very efficient. We had an appointment but got started a little bit early and finished in a short time. The staff was very friendly and all spoke English very well. I appreciated a staff member who looked on the CDC website to find the answer to a question I had. Thank you all for providing such good customer service.
