Company is a scam. They are never there and let hertz sort out clients for them. Event the people on the phone are not Firefly personnel. In addition, the shed near the car where you are meant to return the keys is already closed at 8 pm (but they don't tell you) and you suddenly find out that you have to walk all the way into the train station where they have their office (or, rather, where Hertz does) to return the keys.

They take a lot of money from our account 3x 42,70 for some traffic penalty's. I ask some clearing, and a number of a missing penalty, but they don't respons anything. This organisation suchs big time!!! Never use a car from firefly.

Prompt and courteous service. The person at the desk asked me which of three models in my chosen category I preferred. I asked for the one with the biggest boot as I was carrying few bags, and he recommended me the best of the three. It was perfect.

Horrible agency who doesn't care about her clients. Our flight was being delayed so I called the and asked to wait and the gut left anyhow. We were stuck at the airport at 23 o'clock waiting for nothing! We had to pay 200€ for a taxi and a hotel per the night. I also sent then an e-mail which they never answered. Don't use it!

Horrible experience! The app rentalcars never indicated that the Firefly office is not on the airport. However after finding info and realizing that we need to take pick up from exit 6, after 1h of waiting not even one shuttle from firefly showed up!! They are not answering the phone or replying to msgs! It was not even possible to cancel the booking and everything was left in mystery!! Never book with this company, it is too shabby! ?

Great experience. Friendly staff at the airport desk in the transport terminal. Clearly signposted at the airport. The car was a very decent car, hassle free return and, I wasn't pushed too much for the additional insurance (which if you do your reading online, you can buy much cheaper elsewhere for around Β£2-3 per day).

Worst ever! Had to change car 3 times. 1st wouldn't start the next day, so wasted a whole day waiting for them to come and pick it, and still they told me to pay for the taxi to get back to airport to get another car, 2nd car had a problem in one of the tires, Finally 3rd car was new, but then they overcharged me 30 euros, and until now I didn't receive any explanation why they took the money from my account, no answer whatsoever! Don't recommend and will avoid it at all cost!

Quick pick-up from the airport (waited max 15min). The office is a bit odd (like a warehouse) however straight forward service. We accepted additional insurance which lowered our concerns to have the car damaged. Great experience!
