Z	Zisis Tampakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very pleased with our rental and overall experience. We got the "zero excess" insurance so pick up and drop of was really fast. Car was also in a very good condition. Please note: there is a firefly bus from the airport to the rental location and back which is very convenient !
G	Giuliano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't understand the quite bad postings on firefly. It went very quick, the staff was friendly and the car in a good condition. Getting there is quite easy because a shuttle is picking you up directly at the airport. Returning the car was unproblematic and went very fast. Anytime again!
Z	Zsófi Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's actually not at the airport but you need to take a shuttle to get there but no one knows where it is or if they know, they don't speak English. Extremely rude service. We booked a one-way rental through Easyrent and payed in advance for dropping off the car in a different place but they want us to pay an extra 160€ on spot. We called Easyrental and they agreed with us but then the service desk guy started to shout at the woman from Easyrent. She gave him a good fight though. Still can't believe how rude they are and how much money they want to rip off of you. Only came for the weekend, wasted over 2 hours with getting out a car. Will never use then again
J	Jean-Marc Duval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two major complaints. First the company offices are not within the terminal, they offer a free shuttle service to go there. So far, nothing unusual. But there is absolutely no indication as to where you have to wait for this service (the good answer being right by Hertz car park in front of the terminal). There is only a single sign completely out of sight... Secondly, the service is poor to say the least. We had to "negotiate" for the clerk to open his reservation tool and acknowledge that we had booked both myself and my wife as drivers. It took nearly 5', 4'30" of which were wasted by him, trying to squeeze money out of us. When we are finally pointed toward the car, no baby seat. We go back, ask for the seat. The guys groans, opens his software and confirms we booked a baby seat. He gave the seat to my wife and refused to install it or even to explain us how to do it ! Unacceptable. Other than that, it is your standard car rental company.

Like for all car rental make sure you review properly any previous damage and take photo. I was lucky to have a recent estate (less than 1 years and 10000km) in excellent state. You need to have a credit card as they may block some money for the guarantee. The office is not near the airport but a shuttle (located on the Hertz car park) will take you The office was a bit busy for the drop out (i waited 20 min including shuttle so make sure you allow enough time to make your fligth) I had an external excess insurrance. I didn't had any additional cost or damage at the end of the rental.

We got to choose between few models in the class booked (maybe we were lucky or mid September is off season already). We took SuperCover with zero excess, which I highly recommend regardless the rental company. The staff was speaking good English on the pick up day, a little worse on the drop off but that caused no issues whatsoever. Before rental I was a bit worried due to all the negative opinions here but it turned out very positive experience.

The customer service was friendly and efficient and the vehicle was well worth the price. The preexisting cosmetic damage was accurately documented and the return process was fast and anxiety free. They even credited me for a day because I returned the car 2 hours early, and gladly allowed my wife and I to store our luggage there while we walked to the nearby beach (not sure I recommended doing this as the surrounding area is quite gritty and heavily trafficked) instead of having to wait for our flight at the airport. I highly recommend Firefly. P.s.- The shuttle stops in the hertz parking lot every 10min or so and is a quick 5min commute to the office.
