La sede di Catania non ha deluso le aspettative, sempre gentilezza e professionalità, le automobili sono reali, i prezzi sono imbattibili! Soprattutto segnalo la consegna in tempi brevi della vettura! The Catania office did not disappoint expectations, always kindness and professionalism, the cars are real, the prices are unbeatable! Consiglio di non fare l'assicurazione proposta dal portale, ma direttamente presso l'autonoleggio. Luciano and Clara were very kind. Everything went smoothly, car ready, clean and well running. M	Mateusz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Śmiało możemy polecić wypożyczalnie AutoOne, samochód był w bardzo dobrym stanie, bez uszkodzeń i zarysowań, czysty i pachnący. Nie wymuszano dokupienia dodatkowego ubezpieczenia jak ma to miejsce w wielu miejscach we Włoszech (lecz warto wtedy mieć swoje...z uwagi na dobrych miejscowych kierowców :), Oddanie auta przebiegło bezproblemowo... Bardzo miła obsługa ! Jedyny minus, za słabe oznakowanie punktu odbioru z lotniska, auto było rezerwowane przez Discovery Cars/ SurPrice, trzeba popracować nad lepszym opisem informacji w ofercie lub oznakowaniem miejsca odbioru. We can confidently recommend AutoOne rentals, the car was in very good condition, no damage or scratches, clean and fragrant. It was not forced to buy additional insurance, as is the case in many places in Italy (but it is worth having your own then ... because of good local drivers :), Returning the car went smoothly ... Very nice service! The only drawback, for poor marking of the airport pickup point, the car was booked through Discovery Cars / SurPrice, you need to work on a better description of the information in the offer or marking the pickup point.
A	Alessia Martini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitate di noleggiare un auto con loro se viaggiate con dei bambini: non hanno seggiolini da darvi, nonostante al momento della prenotazione lo abbiate segnalato. L'alternativa che vi offriranno sarà quella di andare a comprarne uno nuovo in un centro commerciale a qualche km per poi buttarlo prima della partenza (testuali parole). NB : il più economico che troverete costa sui 70 euro... pessimo servizio!!! Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza dei ragazzi che ci lavorano.. purtroppo se il sistema è questo non è di certo colpa loro!

A Catania sono rimasto sorpreso perchè AutoOne non è all'interno del perimetro dell'aeroporto ma ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa che un comodo e ampio mezzo è venuto a prendermi e, alla ripartenza, mi ha accompagnato in Aeroporto. Gentile il personale e molto disponibile. Bene le vetture, pulite e nuove. Ritornerò a prenotare con AutoOne. Good morning, I booked the rental of a car through Easy Jet because the price was more advantageous than other companies. In Catania I was surprised because AutoOne is not within the perimeter of the airport but I had the pleasant surprise that a comfortable and large vehicle came to pick me up and, upon departure, accompanied me to the airport. Friendly staff and very helpful. The cars are good, clean and new. I'll be back to book with AutoOne.
