Consiglierei maggior attenzione alla consegna domiciliare, in quanto non mi sembra corretto lasciare i mazzi di fiori fuori casa, al sole, pioggia e vento, se il destinatario non è in casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fiori sono belli, anche le composizioni, ma il servizio è da migliorare. Più di una volta ho ricevuto dei fiori e al posto di essere consegnati normalmente, sono stati consegnati fuori orario (avevo raccomandato di portarli dopo una certa ora poiché prima in casa non c'era nessuno), e senza il minimo riguardo nei confronti dei fiori. Per esempio l'ultima volta non hanno trovato nessuno in casa e al posto di lasciarli al vicino o ricontattare il mittente hanno preferito abbandonarli all'uscio di casa mia al sole e senza acqua per 12 ore, un'altra volta stavo uscendo di casa per prenderli e nemmeno il tempo di uscire che già li avevano appoggiati a terra. Credo che questo "malfunzionamento" del servizio sia mosso da una svogliatezza e fretta nel fare le cose. Anche in negozio il personale si presenta preparato ma talvolta quasi scocciato dal cliente. Consigliato per i fiori, sconsigliato per il trattamento che si riceve. Spero di essere stato utile.

For example, the last time they found no one at home, and instead of leaving them to close or re-contact the sender have preferred to leave them at the door of my home in the sun and without water for 12 hours, another time I was leaving the house for take them and not even time to get out that they had already leaned on the ground. I think this "failure" of the service is moved by a listlessness and in a hurry to do things. Even in the store the staff is prepared but sometimes almost pissed off by the customer. Recommended for flowers, not recommended for the treatment received. I hope I was helpful.
