Per richiedere rimborso, ho dovuto stare dietro a LORO per una settimana, come se io dovessi supplicare loro affinché mi ridiano i soldi per un ordine mai arrivato. Terrible experience! Bad service, they don't bring the flowers on time, I had to cancel the order! To request a refund, I had to stand behind THEM for a week, as if I had to beg them to give me back the money for an order that never arrived.

Ho passato mezza mattina a guardare vari siti, quasi tutti duplicavano il costo per la consegna in giornata. Un bouquet normale passava da 34€ a quasi 70€, improponibile! Poi mi sono imbattuta in fiori.milano.it: ho fatto l’ordine in tarda mattinata, non ho pagato nessun sovrapprezzo, il bouquet è arrivato entro le 17 come da orario stabilito. I fiori erano davvero molto belli, la persona che li ha ricevuti era molto contenta e io sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del servizio che ovviamente riutilizzerò. Complimenti! I needed to deliver flowers for the birthday of a loved one within the day. I spent half a morning looking at various sites, almost all doubling the cost for same-day delivery. A normal bouquet went from € 34 to almost € 70, which is impossible! Then I came across fiori.milano.it: I placed the order in the late morning, I didn't pay any extra charge, the bouquet arrived by 5pm as per the established time. The flowers were really beautiful, the person who received them was very happy and I was very satisfied with the service which I will obviously use again. Well done!

Anche quando sembrava ci fosse stato un disguido sulla consegna, sono stati super disponibili e rapidi nel gestire, monitorare e capire se realmente ci fosse stato problema, cosa che fortunatamente alla fine non è accaduta. Sono sicuro per ordini a Milano, userò sempre FioriMilano! Highly recommended, I have made more than 5 delivery orders with them and have always been very satisfied, both with the service and the raw material, flowers and plants that are always beautiful and of quality, as well as lasting. Even when it seemed like there was a misunderstanding on the delivery, they were super helpful and quick to handle, monitor and figure out if there really was a problem, which luckily didn't happen in the end. Fiori consegnati con più di un giorno di ritardo (che me ne faccio ormai?), servizio clienti pessimo che continuava a rassicurarmi che sarebbero arrivati in tempo per paura che io chiedessi il rimborso (cosa che avrei sicuramente fatto nel caso in cui fossi stato a conoscenza della reale data di consegna) e tracking inesistente. Peccato perché i fiori, d’altro canto, sono di buona qualità. I don't know how it works on “common” days but if you need to have someone deliver flowers on Valentine's Day, don't rely on them. Flowers delivered more than a day late (what am I doing now?), Bad customer service who kept reassuring me they would arrive in time for fear that I would ask for a refund (which I definitely would have done in case I had been to knowledge of the actual delivery date) and non-existent tracking. Too bad because the flowers, on the other hand, are of good quality.

The shop website was easy to use and navigate with Paypal payment. I also communicated with the staff on WhatsApp in English. The staff was very helpful and kind. Delivery was fast. The flowers were fresh and beautiful - my daughter was delighted with them! Thank you Fiori Milano! Will consider purchasing again in future.
