★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per un preventivo e dei consigli su un bouquet da sposa e centro tavola...in negozio era presente un signore, non mi ha dato consigli in merito alle mie richieste e non mi ha dato neanche un preventivo alla fine, sono stata trattata malissimo, NON ci tornerò e NON lo consiglio!
 I went for a quote and advice on a bridal bouquet and table centerpiece ... a gentleman was present in the shop, he did not give me advice on my requests and he did not even give me a quote at the end, I was treated very badly, I will NOT go back and DO NOT recommend it!

Very beautiful and well-kept plants. Medium-high prices. Excellent quality. I give two stars for the attitude and surlyness of the staff. I advise you to be served only by the lady, very competent and kind otherwise come back another time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre disponibile e gentile nei miei confronti!! Mi sono trovato benissimo! Ormai sono cliente fisso da quando sono a Milano. Fiori molto belli! Prezzi medi su alcune cose, alti per altre, ma comunque si paga la qualità! Orari ottimi perché alle 13:00 sono ancora aperti, quindi anche i ritardatari come me possono godere di questa flessibilità.
Always available and kind to me !! I found it very well! I have been a regular customer since I was in Milan. Very beautiful flowers! Average prices on some things, high for others, but you pay the quality! Great times because at 13:00 they are still open, so even latecomers like me can enjoy this flexibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non amo fare recensioni negative ma qui ci vedo proprio malafede per ben due volte (forse anche 3) mi sono stati recapitati fiori da questo "fiorista" tramite interflora praticamente appassiti...ho sporto reclamo si sono offerti di cambiarli mi è stato detto che per la sostituzione sarei dovuta andare io da loro?..mha cosa assai strana (uno paga un servizio ,loro ti offrono un disservizio e per recuperare ti chiedono di fare tu lo sforzo..mha?)passano due anni purtroppo sempre tramite interflora li incontro di nuovo e ancora secondo loro dovrei andare io a ritirami i fiori da loro?...mi spiace servizio pessimo, molto altezzosi e fiori non all'altezza della spesa li sconsiglio vivamente ed è un gran dispiacere per chi ama i fiori..e soprattutto per chi col cuore te li spedisce perchè via magari per lavoro.
I do not like to make negative reviews but here I see really bad faith twice (maybe even 3) I have been delivered flowers from this "florist" through interflora practically withered ... I filed a complaint they offered to change them I was told that for the replacement I should have gone to them? .. mha very strange thing (one pays a service, they offer you a disservice and to recover they ask you to make the effort ..mha?) two years pass unfortunately always through interflora them I meet again and still according to them I should go and collect the flowers from them? ... I'm sorry bad service, very haughty and flowers not up to the price I strongly advise against them and it is a great disappointment for those who love flowers .. and above all for those who send them to you with the heart because they may go away for work.
