Al di là dell aspetto dei suoi palazzoni fatti di mattoni a vista oggi e da considerare luogo residenziale di buon livello, infatti i prezzi delle case sono superiori alla media della zona. L architettura del feltre è oggetto di studio da parte di molti esperti provenienti dal Europa ma anche da altri continenti.
 Neighborhood built in the 60s as a popular neighborhood. Today a very coveted place surrounded by greenery and close to the redeveloped and historic Lambro park. Il ragazzo è stato veramente gentilissimo Perché ci hai impacchettato la pianta con carte colorate e fiocchi. Anche i prezzi sono davvero vantaggiosi. L'unico problema potrebbe essere non trovare parcheggio perché la zona è un pochino trafficata.
I was here with my boyfriend to get some flowers to bring to my mother. The boy was really very kind Because you wrapped the plant in it with colored papers and bows. The prices are also really advantageous. The only problem may be not finding parking because the area is a bit busy.
