Il bouquet ha rispettato le mie richieste ed è stato molto apprezzato, la consegna è stata abbastanza puntuale; la signora Federica, con cui ho parlato su WhatsApp, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente, sicuramente se dovessi averne bisogno mi rivolgerei nuovamente a loro.
I ordered a personalized flower bouquet for my daughter's birthday, as I was in Bari and she was in Udine to study. The bouquet complied with my requests and was much appreciated, the delivery was quite punctual; Mrs. Federica, with whom I spoke on WhatsApp, was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it, surely if I need it I would contact them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il servizio caro per una consegna a 1 km dal negozio. Consegna avvenuta in orario diverso da quello concordato. Avevo chiesto una foto del bouquet e non mi è stata fatta. Sbrigativo anche il trattamento in negozio. Mi è stato riferito che almeno i fiori erano belli!
I found the service expensive for a delivery 1km from the store. Delivery took place at a time other than the agreed one. I asked for a picture of the bouquet and it wasn't taken. The in-store treatment is also quick. I was told that at least the flowers were beautiful!

Fiori molto belli, Michela è stata molto gentile e disponibile, consegna puntuale. Sono molto soddisfatta, ve lo consiglio!
I called the shop because I needed to give away a bouquet of flowers, to be delivered at home. Not living in Udine, it was essential for me to be able to pay online. Very beautiful flowers, Michela was very kind and helpful, delivery on time. I am very satisfied, I recommend it!

L interazione tramite WhatsApp con la titolare è stata Veramente agevole, dal pagamento alla consegna. Composizione molto bella mi è stata mandata foto x mostrarmi il lavoro, molto soddisfatta grazie ancora. Ps dimenticavo la consiglio vivamente.
Having needed a bouquet of flowers for the birthday of a dear friend of mine and not being from Udine I searched on Google, I must say that I was very happy with my choice. The interaction via WhatsApp with the owner was really easy, from payment to delivery. Very nice composition I was sent photos to show me the work, very satisfied thanks again. Ps I forgot I highly recommend it.
