★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ben fornito e i prodotti sono molto belli, ci sono stato più volte per mazzi di fiori e mi piace molto, l’accoglienza non è il loro forte. Anche la vigilia di Natale, nemmeno un “buongiorno” appena entrato, volevo comprare un vaso visto mesi prima o qualcosa di simile come regalo e la signora visibilmente scocciata non ha voluto nemmeno sapere cosa cercavo e mi ha detto in malo modo di tornare a gennaio. Magari non le stavo simpatico, era stanca, non aveva tempo, non aveva i prodotti. Me ne sono andato e nemmeno un “buon natale” uscendo.
Lo stesso vaso comprato in un negozio ad un centinaio di metri.
The shop is well stocked and the products are very beautiful. I have been there several times for bouquets of flowers and I like them very much, hospitality is not their strong point. Even on Christmas Eve, not even a "good morning" as soon as I entered, I wanted to buy a vase seen months before or something similar as a gift and the visibly annoyed lady didn't even want to know what I was looking for and told me in a bad way to come back in January . Maybe she didn't like me, she was tired, she didn't have time, she didn't have the products. I left and not even a "merry christmas" going out.
The same vase bought in a shop about a hundred meters away.
