★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza con questa agenzia è stata pessima, in particolare parlo dell'"Architetto" che a quanto pare è il capo/proprietario dell'agenzia immobiliare. Una persona assolutamente pessima, il suo studio ci ha consigliato di mettere su un proposta di locazione molte "varianti" perchè a detta loro "che ci lavorano da 15 anni con questa proprietà" sarebbero state accettate, che sono poi risultate essere una parte importante del NO da parte della proprietà.
Tengo a precisare che la nostra proposta sarebbe stata comunque rifiutata probabilmente per via del prezzo più basso proposto, ma è stata veramente grande la sorpresa quando l'architetto ci ha letto la mail della proprietà con le motivazioni e, oltre al prezzo, venivano citate proprio quelle varianti.
Indipendentemente dall'amarezza dell'esserci affidati ai loro consigli, il motivo principale di questa pessima recensione è sempre l'architetto che sembra essere una persona piena di sé e poco competente, di sicuro non in grado di interagire in maniera corretta e dignitosa con le persone, anche a discapito probabilmente del suo staff che comunque con noi è stato gentile e disponibile.
The experience with this agency was very bad, in particular I speak of the "Architect" who apparently is the head / owner of the real estate agency. An absolutely bad person, his studio advised us to put a lot of "variants" on a proposed lease because according to them "who have been working there for 15 years with this property" would have been accepted, which then turned out to be an important part of the NO from the property.
I would like to point out that our proposal would still have been rejected probably because of the lower price proposed, but the surprise was really great when the architect read us the e-mail of the property with the reasons and, in addition to the price, they were quoted just those variants.
Regardless of the bitterness of being entrusted to their advice, the main reason for this bad review is always the architect who seems to be a person full of himself and not very competent, certainly not able to interact correctly and with dignity with the people, probably even at the expense of his staff, who were kind and helpful with us anyway.
