Ci ha convinto la professionalità della persona che ci ha accolto nello show room, Orsola, che da subito si è dimostrata professionale e disponibile. Orsola conosce molto bene i prodotti che propone ed è quindi in grado di consigliare nella scelta in maniera opportuna ed appropriata, senza tralasciare eventuali vincoli, sia tecnici che di budget. I posatori, coordinati da Florin, sono stati precisi e discreti, qualità non marginale quando si apre la propria casa a degli estranei. Le consegne sono state effettuate in linea con le tempistiche indicate inizialmente e, a distanza di quasi un mese dalla posa, ci riteniamo ampiamente soddisfatti della scelta. We were convinced by the professionalism of the person who welcomed us in the show room, Orsola, who immediately proved to be professional and helpful. Orsola knows very well the products it offers and is therefore able to advise in the choice in a timely and appropriate manner, without neglecting any constraints, both technical and budget. The installers, coordinated by Florin, were precise and discreet, a quality that is not marginal when opening one's home to strangers. Deliveries were made in line with the timing indicated initially and, almost a month after installation, we are fully satisfied with the choice.

Finestre di grande design hanno dato un volto completamente nuovo. Oltre alla bellezza delle finestre una nota di merito anche a Luca e Orsola, bravi competenti professionali e disponibili. Eccellenti anche i montatori che all’atto del montaggio hanno risolto non pochi inconvenienti dovuti alle precedenti finestre, realizzando anche lavori di muratura non indifferenti, bravi bravi!! In fase di sopralluogo mi hanno anche dato dei suggerimenti per ottimizzare il lavoro. Ho scelto un prodotto di qualità e non proprio economico, rispetto ad altri preventivi che mi ero fatta fare, ma ne sono molto soddisfatta. Sono immediatamente intervenuti per un piccolo difetto iniziale e questo dà sicurezza per un’eventuale assistenza futura. Consiglio senz’altro e comunque sono sempre disponibili in negozio per una consulenza/preventivo. Courtesy, professionalism, availability and punctuality. Imbarazzante. Se lo avessi saputo prima.. Avrei speso la metà rivolgendomi ad uno dei tanti negozi dove sai a priori che pagando poco hai poco. La mia esperienza purtroppo è stata negativa, dove oltre ad aver speso molto mi sono anche sentita presa in giro per il (non) servizio ricevuto... Rimbalzata per MESI tra una telefonata e l'altra. Lo SCONSIGLIO caldamente!!! Mai più!!!!! If I could give less I would. No customer support service .. Rude post assembly service. Quality of the materials used ....... Embarrassing. If I had known it before .. I would have spent half by turning to one of the many shops where you know a priori that paying little you have little.
