Dopo aver versato un assegno in filiale unicredit (un'ora e mezza di attesa) a causa di un presunto problema al bancomat, a distanza di diversi giorni la cifra appare in contabilità, ma non nella disponibilità. Il servizio clienti telefonico invita a non contattare telefonicamente e fa cadere la chiamata. Vergognosi.
Non-existent customer service. After having paid a check at the unicredit branch (an hour and a half wait) due to an alleged problem with the ATM, after several days the amount appears in the accounts, but not in the availability. The telephone customer service invites you not to contact by phone and drops the call. Shameful.
