★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità è buona, ok, ma non vale nulla se poi il risultato non è per niente soddisfacente. La professionalità sta nel suggerire al cliente la taglia giusta! Di certo con l'esperienza dovrebbero sapere che una 15 anni della Fruit è grande come una L, quindi dire ai clienti "guardi che nonostante sia una 15 anni, trae in inganno perché calza grande" e suggerire la migliore soluzione. Cosa che non è stata fatta! ????
The quality is good, ok, but it's worth nothing if the result is not at all satisfying. Professionalism lies in suggesting the right size to the customer! Certainly with experience they should know that a 15-year Fruit is as big as an L, so tell customers "look at it despite being 15, misleading because it fits big" and suggest the best solution. Which was not done! ????
