Mancanza assoluta di professionalità. Un solo addetto allo sportello, file fuori assurde. Appuntamenti che non risultano, persone giustamente esasperate. Cambierò filiale, perché questa situazione si trascina ormai da troppo tempo. Non c'è più il beneficio del dubbio.
