Non avendolo accettato, mi è stato detto che per i clienti "Groupon" non ci sarebbe stato posto fino a Luglio (cosa non accennata minimamente durante la consulenza e nemmeno al primo colloquio telefonico) mentre se avessi acquistato il pacchetto proposto in sede , mi avrebbero inserita praticamente subito. Questa si chiama scorrettezza e perdita di tempo. I bought a coupon on Groupon, and after consulting at their center, I was presented with a quote of around 400 euros. Not having accepted it, I was told that there would be no room for "Groupon" customers until July (which was not mentioned in the slightest during the consultation and not even at the first telephone interview) while if I had purchased the package offered on site, they would have inserted practically immediately. Essendo la mia prima esperienza in un centro estetico ero molto scettica sui trattamenti e devo dire che già alla seconda seduto ho ottenuto ottimi risultati. I trattamenti che offrono sono molto innovativi e i prodotti che usano molto buoni. Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla professionalità e la preparazione della titolare che ha inquadrato subito alcuni miei "problemi" sulla microcircolazione e ritenzione idrica consigliandomi trattamenti specifici per la mia situazione. Molto disponibile e cordiale. Gli ambienti sono puliti. The staff are highly trained, polite and very up to date. Being my first experience in a beauty center I was very skeptical about treatments and I must say that already after the second session I obtained excellent results. The treatments they offer are very innovative and the products they use are very good. I was very impressed by the professionalism and preparation of the owner who immediately framed some of my "problems" on microcirculation and water retention, recommending specific treatments for my situation. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean.

Dopo aver fissato appuntamento telefonicamente per ben due volte hanno disdetto il mio appuntamento solo un ora prima dell’orario fissato ! Lamentandomi di quanto accaduto , mi hanno perfino detto di doverli ringraziare che mi hanno almeno avvisato un ora prima in modo tale che non sono andato direttamente lì in sede ! Aggiungo che la signora con qui ho parlato è stata scortese e non molto gentile !! Little seriousness and unprofessional! Non solo la professionalità, ma mi sono sentita davvero coccolata! Consiglio vivamente questo centro estetico! Ho acquistato un trattamento viso con radiofrequenza non eseguita,ho chiesto educatamente spiegazioni in merito e di poter interloquire con il titolate, diritto negatimi con toni e modi non idonei ad un centro di livello. Se pur presente una dipendente con buone capacità viene oscurata dalla presenza di personale poco educato e poco qualificato. Sarei ben lieta che il titolare leggesse questo commento al fine di comprendere che parte del personale presente squalifica questo centro. Pessima esperienza. I strongly advise against: unqualified staff, rude, irritating, unable to manage relations with the public. I purchased a radiofrequency facial treatment that was not performed, I politely asked for explanations on the matter and to be able to speak with the titled, right denied me with tones and ways that are not suitable for a level center.
