★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente negativa e da non replicare neanche in caso di necessità. Ho deciso di prenotare, viste le tantissime recensioni positive, e avevo alte aspettative: tutte disattese! La mia perplessità è come possano esserci così tante recensioni a 5 stelle, considerando poi il servizio che effettivamente si riceve: forse suddividono i clienti in clienti di serie A e di serie B? Magari pensano di poter trattare le giovani clienti (e soprattutto nuove) con superficialità e noncuranza. Non mi resta che pensare che l'operatrice si sia "offesa" per il mio rifiuto alla sua proposta di utilizzare la cera brasiliana e di conseguenza mi abbia riservato un pessimo trattamento.
Inutile dire che sono tornata a casa ancora piena di peli sulle gambe, considerata la fretta e la leggerezza con cui mi depilava. Tutt'altra storia per la zona inguine, dove gli strappi sono stati esageratamente violenti.
Aggiungo che con i nuovi clienti bisognerebbe mostrarsi cordiali e disponibili: l'operatrice sembrava mi stesse facendo un favore e non il suo lavoro, per il quale viene pagata.
Ribadisco, pessima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista.

 Very satisfied with the service and the staff that I find highly qualified. I have been doing gel nails for over a year and the result is always perfect and long-lasting. The center is welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spa is very well kept, clean and professional, the ladies who work here are true esthetician. After traveling for days, I arrived to the city of Catagna, I needed a massage badly, went online and found this place, they were able to fit me in for an hour massage and manicure, it was also one of the hottest day of summer. I had a horrible pain on my shoulder and came out painless till this day. This is a place that I highly recommend if you are traveling, or just passing.
