★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panificio di altissimo livello. Finalmente posso gustare del pane degno di tale nome (grani siciliani ben lavorati con lievito madre e ottimi semini, cottura perfetta). Penso sia il migliore a Catania e non solo. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità.
Top-notch bakery. Finally I can enjoy bread worthy of the name (Sicilian grains well worked with mother yeast and excellent seeds, perfect cooking). I think it's the best in Catania and beyond. The prices are adequate for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pane è buonissimo. Le scacciate assolutamente non unte sono buonissime. I biscotti sono immangiabili. E li ho provati tutti. Peccato.
Anche la focaccia è veramente buona.. Non sapevo che avessero vinto alcun premio ma è evidente che se lo meritino. Prezzi milanesi, ma adeguati alla qualità.
La gentilezza della signora Simona è da manuale. Ci torno sempre.
The bread is very good. The absolutely non-greasy scacciate are very good. The cookies are inedible. And I've tried them all. Pity.
The focaccia is also really good .. I didn't know they had won any awards but it is clear that they deserve it. Milanese prices, but adequate for the quality.
The kindness of Mrs. Simona is textbook. I always go back.
